Massage: What to Expect

Each Massage Session is tailored to your individual needs. After a consultation discussing areas that may be in any discomfort or pain I will be sure to address and do what I can to help relieve the area. Communication is key, If something can be worked on with more or less pressure, please voice it. During your massage you can expect a comfy massage table set with soft sheets and a table warmer set at your preference. Included at no additional charge (if you would like): Aromatherapy, Muscle Relaxing Cream and Hot Towels draped around your feet.

Modalities offered:

Swedish Massage: A light and therapeutic touch, tailored to your individual needs.

Deep Tissue Massage: A more focused massage on knots and trigger points. ($10.00 add on for deep tissue massage)

PreNatal Massage: A side lying massage for expecting mothers or new mothers. Massage pressure tailored to individual needs.

Cupping Massage: Cupping is great for areas that are tense. 

($5.00 add on for cupping)

Using Glymed Plus Professional products, In a 45-60 Minute Customized Facial you can expect:  2 Cleanses, 
Toner,
Extractions,
2 Masks(w/Steam),
Moisturizers,
High Frequency Treatment,
Neck, Shoulders, Arms, Hands Massaged
